OTTAWA NATIONAL DIVING offers an excellent Pre-Competitive program for those interested in making the transition from LEARN TO DIVE to COMPETITIVE DIVING or for those who would like to dive a little more but aren’t ready to commit to a competitive sport.
3, 5, 7.5 and 10 meter towers- 2, 3 meter spring boards
